We're looking for experienced, high-energy individuals to join our team of Restaurant Managers. Our managers are responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurants, delegating and supervising the work of the support staff, and overseeing day-to-day business activities. Candidates for this position will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for each of our customers and should have strong experience with all aspects of restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train new staff.
- Manage the overall restaurant operation, including food preparation, food costs and control, dining room decorum, and customer service.
- Be highly visible to restaurant patrons and staff.
- Create a work environment that is both productive and happy.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Assess the financial condition of the business.
- Handle customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
