Fox On John is seeking a hardworking individual for the position of Server.
Fox On John is a neighborhood restaurant celebrating classic British fusion cuisine. The menu evokes feelings of nostalgia and timeless comfort in a warm and familiar space; showcasing the best of bold British cuisine with refined classics and indulgent signatures. Fox On John provokes a feeling of intimacy as an extension of the family home with a versatile function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting our guests, guiding them through the menu, and taking guests’ orders in order to deliver a service that is memorable
- Ensuring all food and beverage orders are taken properly and attend to guests’ needs throughout the meal and providing optimum guest satisfaction and service
- Ensures that guests know about new items on the menu
- Recommends wine and beverage pairings with the assistance of a bartender
- Recommends side dishes to complement main courses
- Up-sells beverages, coffees, and desserts as appropriate
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
