Position Title: Server FULL TIME AND PART TIME

Position Overview: We are seeking a personable and attentive Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Present menus and offer detailed descriptions of menu items, highlighting sustainable practices and unique ingredients.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.

Deliver orders promptly and ensure guests are satisfied with their meals.

Order Management:

Enter orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.

Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates as necessary.

Sales and Promotions:

Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.

Promote the restaurant’s sustainable initiatives and unique selling points.

Provide information on events, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables.

Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures.

Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes and restaurant policies.

Provide support to other team members during busy shifts.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry up to 25 lbs.
