Position Overview
The Team Member plays a key role in daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to Freshii recipes and portion standards
- Help create backups for food items and complete daily prep work to ensure smooth service
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the front counter and during order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Must have valid Food Safe certification
- Previous food service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Pay: $18.25-$18.50 per hour
