The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a warm, skilled, and client-centered Part-Time Psychotherapist to join our dynamic team. You’ll collaborate with other professionals to provide integrated, wraparound care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, couples, family, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to client needs
- Employ evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed modalities
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care
- Stay informed of current clinical research and best practices in psychotherapy
- Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings to continuously refine clinical expertise
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is required
- Strong clinical foundation in a range of evidence-based modalities
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with diverse mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping others thrive

Pay: $65.00-$120.00 per hour
