G&L Printing Services is a fast-growing Canadian-owned print, apparel decoration, fulfillment, and Print-on-Demand (POD) company serving customers across North America.
From custom apparel to warehousing, 3PL fulfillment, kitting, and online company stores, we help brands scale through high-quality in-house production, strong systems, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking to build a team of 5–8 Casual Production & Fulfillment Associates who can provide additional hands-on support when our production and fulfillment volumes increase.
This is a flexible, on-call position designed for individuals looking for part-time work that can fit around other commitments. It may be a great fit for parents looking to work during school hours, individuals with changing availability, or anyone interested in picking up additional weekday or even weekend hours without committing to a fixed weekly schedule.
Hours will vary based on our workload and seasonal demand. During busy periods, we’ll reach out to our casual team when additional help is needed. The majority of the work will involve kitting, picking and packing orders, fulfillment, and general production support.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Assemble kits and multi-item packages according to specific work order instructions
- Sort, count, organize, and prepare products for production or fulfillment
- Assist with high-volume and seasonal fulfillment projects
- Prepare apparel and other products for decoration, packing, or shipping
- Apply labels, barcodes, inserts, tags, and other materials as required
- Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Fold, package, and organize finished products
- Help receive, organize, and restock inventory and materials
- Maintain clean and organized production, kitting, and warehouse work areas
- Follow work orders and project instructions carefully
- Jump in wherever additional hands are needed to help the team meet customer deadlines
Qualifications
- No previous print or apparel production experience required – we’ll provide training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing repetitive hands-on tasks
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple items when assembling kits or orders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
- Able to lift and move boxes and materials as required
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, production, or order packing is an asset, but not required

How the Casual Schedule Works
This is an on-call, casual position, and hours will depend on our production and fulfillment workload.
When we have larger projects, seasonal order increases, kitting programs, or other peak production needs, we will reach out to members of our casual team to see who is available.
There is no guarantee of a set number of hours each week, making this position best suited for individuals who value flexibility and are comfortable with a schedule that changes based on business needs.
