Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. We are looking for someone that is trained in all or most of the following: Facials, Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal (Preferably Triton) Morpheus8, Microneedling, Chemical Peel, IPL (Lumecca Preferably). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients by delivering high-quality services and personalized care.
Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, morpheus8 , IPL, chemical peel
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and promote retail sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with province regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.
- Experience in all or most: laser hair removal, microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL, peels and hydrafacial
- Background in hospitality or retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- A passion for skincare and beauty, with a desire to educate clients on product use and benefits.
