What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care
- Champion Patient Health: Welcome every patient with care, offering expert consultations on prescriptions, OTC products, and behind-the-counter options.
- Full-Scope Practice: Utilize your advanced clinical skills and expanded scope of practice to deliver modern professional services.
- Collaborative Care: Partner with local healthcare professionals within the circle of care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure absolute accuracy in dispensing while upholding the highest standards of privacy, regulatory requirements, and legislation.
Workflow & Pharmacy Operations
- Optimize Workflow: Manage daily workflow queues and inventory systems efficiently to ensure seamless patient pickup.
- Inventory Integrity: Oversee stock levels, manage wholesaler orders, and track expired products to keep the dispensary sharp and efficient.
- Compliance & Reporting: Safeguard controlled substances in strict accordance with Health Canada regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain the Environment: Ensure the dispensary, counselling areas, and waiting spaces reflect a clean, professional, and welcoming image.
What You Bring
- Clinical Leadership: A strong sense of professionalism with the ability to think independently, solve complex problems, and make sound clinical decisions.
- Team Empowerment: Skills to coordinate assignments, delegate tasks, and mentor/coach pharmacy colleagues.
- Business Savvy: A proven track record of driving business growth, leading by example, and embracing new pharmacy programs.
- Tech-Minded: Strong personal computing skills, with experience using pharmacy management software viewed as a major asset.
- Education: A licensed (or eligible to be licensed) Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Compensation & Details
Hiring Range: $60 - $65 / hour An individual's starting pay is determined by experience, specialized knowledge, and regional market factors.
