Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Generate compelling, visually engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (including three business accounts), and YouTube, with a strong focus on brand identity and audience appeal.
- Idea Generation: Regularly brainstorm and propose innovative content ideas to boost engagement and drive organic growth across platforms.
- Daily Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain high interaction levels to build a connected online community.
- Growth & Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement creative growth strategies to expand followers, boost engagement, and strengthen brand presence across all managed platforms.
- Content Planning & Execution: Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand posts that align with the evolving goals of all managed accounts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Captivating Copywriting: Write engaging, relatable captions that align with each brand’s voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, coordinating as necessary with other departments or external partners.
- Visual Content Creation: Basic graphic design skills are a plus; use tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics that enhance the brand message.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management with experience managing multiple business accounts, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: Strong writing skills and a knack for creating content that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand values.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision, staying organized and meeting content deadlines.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (personal and business accounts), and YouTube.
- Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Community Building: Proven experience in fostering online communities and driving meaningful engagement.
- Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with tools like Canva is a plus.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple content streams and ensuring timely, high-quality posts.
