Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, faxes, and mail distribution
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, and courier deliveries
- Assist legal staff by organizing files
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and binding tasks
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Safeguard and handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Support lawyers and legal staff with various administrative tasks as needed
