eba Fruits is a growing supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables serving restaurants across the Montreal area. We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk to help manage customer invoicing, collections, supplier payments, and bookkeeping tasks.
Hours
- Part-time (20–25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule
- Remote or hybrid option available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Create and send customer invoices using QuickBooks.
- Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Follow up on overdue accounts by phone, email, and text.
- Enter supplier invoices and process accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare weekly reports on receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Assist management with administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Fluent French required; English is an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation
- $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
