What Will Your Next Role Look Like?
As an Office Administrator, you will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and provide support across departments. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking skills. Your experience and initiative will play a key role in maintaining productivity and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and responding to general inquiries.
- Coordinate office projects to improve workflow and ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and policy compliance.
- Provide administrative support through data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Develop and manage office systems such as filing, inventory, and procurement.
- Serve as the main contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Organize staff appointments, travel arrangements, and company events, including meetings and conferences.
- Manage communication, including mail, courier services, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., IT support, maintenance).
- Oversee office setup, decoration, and item procurement to maintain a functional and appealing workspace.
- Support the HR team with recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a creative or media environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
