In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring multi-year and annual objectives for the division including Agricultural & Environmental Services, Capital Services, Fire Services, Operational Services, Transportation Services and Utility Services to meet Council direction. Providing leadership and guidance to departments, monitoring the progress towards those goals and anticipating the resources required to achieve them.

Your Impact
As Executive Director, Infrastructure Services, you’ll leverage your senior leadership experience and municipal expertise to:
- Drive Strategic Vision and Leadership: Partner with the COO to translate Council's Strategic Plan into divisional priorities, business plans, and measurable objectives, ensuring alignment across all departments within the division.
- Collaborate and Engage Stakeholders: Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, regional partners, other levels of government, boards, agencies, and the media, serving as a trusted liaison on infrastructure, transportation, and engineering matters.
- Promote Operational Excellence: Direct planning, development, and delivery of infrastructure programs, engineering services, and major capital projects to support sustainable growth, service excellence, and quality of life for residents and ratepayers.
- Ensure Fiscal Responsibility and Sustainability: Participate in short- and long-term financial planning, budget development, expenditure oversight, and variance reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility, operational effectiveness, and sustainable infrastructure investment.

Qualifications:
- A degree in related discipline such as Engineering, Public Administration, or Business; a Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of diversified experience, including extensive experience at a senior management level.
- Certification in Local Government Management/Administration or designation as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Proven ability to work effectively in political environments at all levels.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and policy development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
