Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes with precision and consistency.
- Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Assist in menu development and suggest new dishes to enhance the culinary offerings.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during service hours.
- Manage food handling procedures, including storage, portioning, and waste control.
- Serve dishes to guests when required, providing excellent food service and hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Experience in the food industry with a focus on meal preparation and food safety standards.
- Excellent skills in serving, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Pay: $15.68-$25.67 per hour
