Canadian Tire Deerfoot City is looking for reliable and experienced Full Time Service Writers who have excellent customer service skills. This person should have a professional attitude with knowledge of vehicle repairs, be a team player and have a flexible work schedule/able to work all shifts
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to;
•Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and in person and identifying their needs.
•Scheduling Appointments<br>•Preparing and explaining quotes and invoices to customers
•Act as liaison between the customer and technician.
•Discussing recommended repairs and maintenance with both the technician and customer
•Finalizing inspection reports
•Assist in the increase of sales in the Service Department via professionalism and excellent customer service
•Ongoing training and learning to manage Back Parts
