Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Rodd Miramichi River is looking for a friendly, service-driven individual to join our Front Desk team on a Part-time basis.
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming visitors, assisting throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression
- Register guests and accurately record information in internal systems
- Manage incoming calls, make room reservations, and confirm bookings
- Process payments and provide invoices at check‑out
- Assist guests with requests such as dinner reservations, local information, and hotel activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk area
Key Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and follow‑through
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
