We are seeking an experienced Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service in a busy restaurant environment.dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Answer telephone calls and take food orders accurately.
- Assist walk-in customers with takeout orders and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer service role is an asset.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable handling phone orders and cash transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
