Senior Aesthetician – Advanced Aesthetics | Part-Time

Confident Image Chez France is an established medical aesthetics and skincare clinic in St. Catharines. We are seeking an experienced Senior Aesthetician to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for an experienced aesthetic professional who is confident working independently, has strong knowledge of advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, and is interested in growing with an established clinic.
There is potential for the right candidate to develop into a Senior/Managerial role with increased responsibility and leadership as the clinic evolves.
Compensation
Competitive service-based commission structure, with compensation based on treatment duration and services performed, plus additional commission opportunities through retail skincare sales.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, results-oriented aesthetic treatments, including services such as:
- Advanced skincare analysis
- Client consultations and treatment recommendations
- Medical peels
- IPL photofacials
- Microneedling
- Diode laser hair removal
- Maintaining professional treatment and sanitation standards
- Providing exceptional client care and building long-term client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and confident aesthetician who:
- Has strong knowledge of advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Has hands-on experience with IPL photofacials and diode laser hair removal
- Has experience with microneedling and medical peels
- Is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized
- Is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Takes pride in achieving excellent treatment outcomes
- Has a warm, personable approach and enjoys developing lasting client relationships
- Is motivated to grow professionally and take on additional responsibility over time
- Available for flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday including some Saturday shifts
Additional Assets
Experience in the following areas would be considered a strong asset:
- Retail skincare sales
- Client retention and rebooking
- Marketing and social media
- Building and maintaining a client base
- Electrolysis
- Electrocoagulation
Training in electrolysis and/or electrocoagulation can be provided for the right candidate.
Experience Required
Experience is essential for this position.
This role is best suited to an experienced aesthetician who can confidently step into the treatment room and perform advanced services with minimal supervision.
