Full-Time CNC Lathe Operator
We are a Precision Machining company in Cambridge, Ontario, specializing in high-quality machined components for a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Full-Time CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. This position offers stable employment, a positive work environment, and opportunities for growth.

You Will Be Responsible For:
- Operating CNC lathe machines to produce precision machined parts.
- Setting up tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to job specifications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Performing in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Measuring parts using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and thread gauges.
- Making machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and production efficiency.
- Maintaining production records and following quality procedures.
- Keeping work areas clean and complying with all health and safety requirements.
You Provide:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating lathe machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience machining materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other alloys is considered an asset.
