We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative /Service Coordinator. Come join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers with their inquiries and service requests.
- Schedule service & installation appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Managing permits, equipment registrations.
- Coordinate installation & service orders, ensuring all necessary parts and equipment are available.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the service / install team to optimize schedules and meet customer needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
Qualifications:
- You've got great communication skills and love helping people.
- You're organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- HVAC experience is a plus, we're willing to train the right person.
- At least 2 years customer service experience, with exceptional phone skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and office tools.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
