Horizon Ag & Turf is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Falher location. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about agriculture, customer service, team development, and driving business success.

About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the branch's operational and financial objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will provide leadership to a dedicated team, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive profitable growth across all areas of the business.
What You'll Do
· Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
· Build strong customer relationships through regular farm visits, customer follow-up, and community involvement
· Drive sales growth and market share while supporting sales staff with pricing, trade assessments, and customer interactions
· Monitor and manage branch financial performance, budgets, KPIs, expenses, and profitability
· Collaborate with department managers to execute business plans and implement operational improvements
· Ensure a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
· Strengthen Horizon's reputation within the local agricultural community
What We're Looking For
· 5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the agriculture, equipment, dealership, or related industry
· Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
· Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming operations is considered a strong asset
· Experience with John Deere products or dealership operations is preferred
