Overview
TDS is currently seeking a Legal Assistant with Corporate Services. This position will primarily support the efforts of the Corporate Services department, assisting with the preparation, management, and submission of corporate filings.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparation and submission of various corporate filings and resolutions
· Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices
· Minute book filing of documents.
· Responding to client inquiries with respect to Annual Returns, Annual Resolutions, and invoices
· Opening new Corporate Services files
Closing Corporate Services files
Preferred Qualifications
· Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or diploma
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Superior organizational, administration and research skills
· Detail oriented.
· Mature attitude and deadline driven.
