*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team with a passion for events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. The position may be asked to help set up before event or tear down after the event is finished.
*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute event duties based on directions/floor plan.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations within the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
