About the Role
We’re launching a YouTube series called where two people from different backgrounds come together for respectful, open discussions about culture, identity, and life experiences.
We’re looking for a Casting Producer / Guest Booker to help find and coordinate participants for the show.
Responsibilities
- Recruit participants from diverse backgrounds
- Conduct short pre-interviews
- Match guests into conversation pairings
- Coordinate scheduling and communication
- Manage basic logistics and release forms
- Ensure guests are prepared and comfortable
Ideal Candidate
- Strong people and communication skills
- Highly organized and reliable
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and communities
- Experience in casting, journalism, podcasting, or event coordination is an asset
- Based in Toronto preferred
Pay: $1,000.00 per day
Work Location: In person
