Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) – Part-Time

At NeurAlive Counselling & Neurofeedback, we’ve built a warm, collegial environment with strong referral flow, full administrative support, and a highly connected clinical team. We are currently seeking part-time Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) to join our growing clinics in Fernwood and Langford.
This role is a good fit for counsellors who want a well-supported, stable group practice where they can focus on clinical work and build a long-term caseload.
About the Role
- Provide counselling to children, youth, adults, couples, and families, depending on your interests and training
- Primarily in-person sessions, with flexibility to offer some virtual sessions
- Part-time contract position with the opportunity to grow your caseload steadily
- Work within a collaborative team that values consultation and clinical quality
Responsibilities
- Provide counselling services to assigned clients
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Practice from an attachment- and trauma-informed lens
- Participate in supervision, consultation, and professional development
- Contribute to a respectful, collegial clinic culture
Requirements
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with BCACC
- Master’s degree in Counselling or a related field
- Professional liability insurance
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience working with children, youth, and/or couples strongly preferred
- Availability for 15–25 direct client hours per week (3–5 shifts) (Ideally including at least one evening and one weekend shift)
- Interest in growing your practice long-term within NeurAlive
