Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for commerical and residential clients. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or residential settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns
Requirements
- Ability to clear a criminal record check
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Weekend availability
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing customer service when necessary
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation insured for work purposes and possession of a valid driving licence
- Basic understanding of custodial responsibilities combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
