Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering personalized treatments, promoting retail products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction through expert service and outstanding guest relations.
Duties
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
- Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to clients seeking comprehensive beauty solutions
- Offer hair styling services when applicable, including styling consultations and basic hair treatments
- Conduct product demos to educate clients about skincare lines and beauty products, encouraging retail sales and upselling opportunities
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling inquiries professionally
- Promote retail sales through effective communication of product benefits and upselling techniques
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of treatment rooms, tools, and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical or non medical spa setting following diploma, certification, or graduate training
- Current certification and practical experience with:

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
