Position Summary
The Sales & Product Operations Coordinator at Syncore Canada Inc. plays a key supporting role in the Operations team, ensuring efficient order management, accurate ERP data and effective coordination across Sales, Warehouse, and Manufacturers. This position is responsible for customer order processing and delivery follow-up, ERP product and pricing management, product lifecycle support, sell-out data management and basic analysis, as well as RMA and demo product coordination
The role also supports the Sales team with product information, EOL (End-of-Life) and replacement product recommendations, and basic product POS (Point-of-Sales) analysis.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and analytical, with a basic understanding of products, SKU (Stock Keeping Units), pricing, inventory, and product lifecycle management.
Your Mission
Sales
· Support the Sales Team with daily sales operations and order-related activities.
· Accurately enter and process customer POs and sales orders in the ERP system.
· Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Manufacturers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders, inventory, and product information.
· Support the Product Repair Management process by maintaining RMA information linked to SOs, including shipment, serial number, and special case details, and ensuring timely ERP updates.
Product
· Maintain accurate inventory and replenishment data in the ERP system and support related activities as needed.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date product master data in the ERP system, including SKU, product description, pricing, product status, and related information.
· Maintain and update product pricing in the ERP system based on approved pricing policies.
· Support new products and SKU setup, product updates, and product lifecycle changes in the ERP system.
· Monitor product lifecycle status and support EOL product management.
· When products are discontinued or approaching EOL, work with the Product and Sales teams to identify and recommend suitable replacement products.
· Maintain and organize product-related marketing and promotional materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to the Sales Team.

· Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Comfortable working with ERP systems and business data.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong ability to organize and maintain accurate information.
· Good understanding of products and awareness of customer and market needs.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, or a related role.
· Experience with ERP systems, order processing, and inventory management is an asset.
· Experience with product coordination, product research, or market analysis is an asset.
· Experience in technology, electronics, security, distribution, or related industry is an asset.
· Strong interest in products, technology, and market trends.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Pay: $56,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
