At Wingmate, customer satisfaction is always most important. In this role, you will communicate with clients to help understand their wants and needs. You will work with team members across several units of the organization to ensure the client's needs are met and they feel valued.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Handle service tickets and delegate work to team members to ensure the client is satisfied
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Write and maintain support articles for features of the application
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
