What You'll Own
As a key leader in our day-to-day operations, you will wear many hats and play a pivotal role in both office coordination and patient care logistics. This is a role for someone who is ready to lead, plan, organize, and energize.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead scheduling and coordination of care providers, internal meetings, client communications, and service timelines
- Plan and execute company meetings, staff trainings, client workshops, and community events
- Take initiative on social media content planning, marketing campaigns, and branded materials using Canva and PowerPoint
- Serve as the key connector between field staff, clients, leadership, and external partners
- Utilize tools like AxisCare, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) for reporting, tracking, and communication
- Support leadership with special projects, client engagement efforts, and community outreach initiatives
- Represent Modern Angels at conferences, health fairs, and partner events—always embodying our mission and energy
- Manage time and priorities efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
What You Bring
We are looking for a strong, confident, and proactive individual who takes initiative and embraces leadership with a positive, “how can I help?” mindset.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years experience in a care coordination, office management, or event/operations role
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, business, or admin setting
- Tech-savvy: Proficient on MacBook, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and healthcare software like AxisCare
- CRM familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, and organization skills
- Background in coordinating events, workshops, or internal/external campaigns
- Confident and creative with a love for social media and marketing collaboration
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines with grace under pressure
Extra Points If You Have:
- Experience in a hospital or fast-paced healthcare environment
- Education in Healthcare, Administration, Marketing, Business, or Project Management
