Job Summary
We are Seeking A reliable and detail-oriented Spray Foam Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with specialized equipment, follows safety protocols, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces and structures for spray foam application, including cleaning and masking as necessary
- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently to apply insulation in accordance with project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine application areas and techniques
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to assist with surface preparation and related tasks
- Assist with other construction activities such as caulking, drywall installation work when needed
- Ensure proper mixing of materials and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and meet quality standards
Skills
- Previous experience in spray foam insulation or construction preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying temperatures)
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction painting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to operate spray foam insulation equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of caulking techniques and insulation materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or application issues
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and project managers

Pay: $20.22-$39.42 per hour
