Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Online, along with proficiency in Power Automate, PowerBI, and other Microsoft products. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and pages to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and streamline operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to SharePoint and associated technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint development and Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SharePoint solutions with other systems and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and development best practices.
- Proficiency in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for workflow automation.
- Experience with PowerBI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of other Microsoft products and technologies, such as Office 365, Teams, and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SharePoint migration projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or C# is considered an asset.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform) are desirable but not required.
