KidStrong Coach
Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Compensation Range: $18.00+/hour, based on experience.

At KidStrong, we help kids build stronger brains, stronger bodies, and stronger character through science-backed, high-energy classes for children walking through 11 years old.
Our coaches are the heart of everything we do. They're mentors, motivators, performers, and role models who create an unforgettable experience for every child and family that walks through our doors.
This isn't a job where you'll stand on the sidelines. Every class is active, energetic, and interactive. You'll be coaching, demonstrating, encouraging, celebrating wins, and making every child feel like a champion.
What You'll Do
- Coach fun, high-energy KidStrong classes.
- Build confidence and help kids reach their full potential.
- Create an incredible experience for every child and family.
- Learn and deliver the KidStrong curriculum with confidence.
- Coach camps, birthday parties, special events, and community activities.
- Help keep our center clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Be an amazing teammate and contribute to a positive, supportive culture.
Who You Are
- You genuinely LOVE working with kids.
- You're energetic, outgoing, and fun to be around.
- You can capture the attention of a room full of children.
- You're confident, positive, and encouraging.
- You enjoy being active and aren't afraid to jump, run, dance, cheer, and demonstrate movements.
- You're dependable, coachable, and always willing to learn.
- You communicate well with both children and parents.
Experience working with children is preferred (coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, gymnastics, dance, sports, recreation, martial arts, etc.), but we'll provide comprehensive KidStrong training for the right person.
