About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders to ensure customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process shipments using ShipStation
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping
- Meet daily packing and shipping quotas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Lift and carry items up to 5kg (11 lbs) as needed
- Communicate any inventory or order discrepancies to supervisors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment roles
- Experience using ShipStation software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
- Ability to lift up to 5kg (11 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
