Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental assisting and assisting with Dentistry done under sedation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage patient records and documentation
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Perform various office tasks as needed
- Itero scanning
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental receptionist duties
- Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous
- Proficiency in any dental practice management software
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
