- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling high-volume calls and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
