We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal operation and efficiency
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately execute installations and repairs
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed
- Utilize welding skills for custom fabrication or repair tasks when required
- Assist with boiler servicing and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and mechanical knowledge
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Mechanic with a strong background in mechanical systems
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is highly desirable
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures
- Experience working with schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals for installation or repair projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Valid certification or licensing as an HVAC Technician is preferred but not mandatory depending on jurisdiction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
