RouteThis is looking to grow our Product Management team and are searching for an experienced B2B or B2B2C Product Manager to join our amazing team. You will be provided with significant accountability and opportunity to contribute to product strategy, conduct user research, identify insights from quantitative to qualitative sources, and ideate and influence at the leadership level. You will work closely with a team of professionals to collaborate across internal and external teams, evangelizing your vision, rallying support and inspiring teammates to deliver.

Own the definition, implementation, and execution of our roadmap, specifically own our tech help product, a key roadmap initiative to be released this year
Set release and deployment goals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful releases
Be accountable to ensure backlog is executed through the lens and priorities of our customers; including timelines, user experience, and release success metrics
Manage and prioritize the backlog by partnering with customer success, sales and engineering to bring the best ideas to market
Run stand up, backlog grooming and sprint planning
Own triage of customer ideas and feedback
Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders – interviewing and shadowing to discover product gaps and use cases aligned with product strategy growth
Provide input and feedback to the product strategy in support of growth targets
You bring to the table:
Experience conceiving and delivering multiple, innovative SaaS products from ideation to revenue generation
Experienced managing a B2B or B2B2C application tied to cloud services
Experience delivering product to both SMB and Enterprise market segments
Experience with ISP/telco, Smarthome products preferred
Bonus points for experience delivering product to technical support teams or support organizations
