Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed descriptions of necessary work and available options
- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain precise financial records
- Communicate regularly with customers about vehicle status, repair progress, and follow-up care
- Maintain organized service records, update customer profiles, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively upsell services while maintaining integrity and trust with clients
- Experience in sales, cash handling, or retail environments is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes or dealership operations is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers

Pay: $20.00 per hour
