GHD is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team for a 6 to 8 month contract. We are upgrading our Financial and Accounting Project Management system and require someone with strong attention to detail and computer skills to perform data entry work. This position is remote and may be located anywhere in North America.
Following detailed written instructions to complete tasks
Work independently with little supervision and providing status updates as required
Close unused records per provided reports and instructions
Run reports to validate and confirm changes
Ability to utilize provided reference materials to validate data
What you will bring to the team:
Experience with Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data is required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial matters
Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving capabilities
High initiative, superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Experience working in a professional services database or experience with BST is considered an asset
