Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and proficiency with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools. The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Duties
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies utilizing platforms such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS databases to ensure accurate candidate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Support employee relations initiatives by providing insights into recruitment trends and workforce planning.
- Participate in training & development activities to stay current with best practices in talent acquisition.

- Proven experience in recruiting within human resources or related fields.
- Language: Tagalog or Spanish
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions confidently.
- Excellent interviewing abilities with a focus on assessing candidate qualifications effectively.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, or PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, or other platforms.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies including sourcing techniques like cold calling and lead generation.
- Effective communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring teams.
- Experience with HR tools such as Salesforce for recruitment management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employee relations principles and training & development processes.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
