SwishZone is a modern basketball training facility built to help athletes train smarter. Our facilities combine basketball training technology, shooting machines, individual training lanes and a high-energy environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
With locations in Scarborough, North York and Burlington, we’re growing our team and looking for ambitious, outgoing people who want to grow with us.
No basketball experience is required. We’re looking for personality, work ethic, confidence and a willingness to learn.
The Role
As a Sales & Guest Experience Associate, you are one of the first people our customers interact with and an important part of the SwishZone experience.
This isn't a traditional receptionist position where you simply sit behind a desk. You'll be expected to engage with customers, manage the facility independently, help drive sales and take ownership of your shift.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Check customers in and help them get set up for their sessions
- Explain SwishZone services, memberships and packages to new and existing customers
- Convert inquiries and walk-ins into memberships and bookings
- Answer customer questions in person, over the phone and through our systems
- Give facility tours and introduce first-time customers to SwishZone
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front-desk and customer area
- Handle day-to-day facility responsibilities during your shift
- Identify issues and take initiative to solve them
- Communicate updates, customer concerns and opportunities with management
- Work independently while staying accountable to the wider SwishZone team

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, restaurants, customer service or front-desk roles is an asset, but not required.
What We Care About
We can teach you our systems. We can teach you our products. And you do not need basketball experience.
What we can't teach as easily is energy, ambition, accountability and the ability to connect with people.

Part-time and flexible scheduling opportunities available, including evenings and weekends.
