Commercial and Residential property management company is looking to fill the role of a Building Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day upkeep of buildings and identifying maintenance requirements.
· Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment lubrication.
· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
· Procure and purchase materials for repair and maintenance jobs.
· Interact and coordinate with subcontractors on repair jobs.
· Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
· Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
· Cut grass and perform general landscaping.
Qualifications:
· Experience in building maintenance and construction.
· Some knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
· Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine repairs.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Valid Drivers License
· General Landscape experience
Rate of Pay: $25-28 per hour depending on experience.
We prefer a full- time employee (40 hours)
