We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. This position demands strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage various clerical tasks efficiently.
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duties
- Front counter sales (Mainly walk ins, and over the phone)
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, receiving, and confirming orders.
- Manage accounts receivables.
- Track and document daily delivery routes using tracking software.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, including scanning/uploading POD's and MTR's
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any challenges
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
