Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team. As a Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining trucks and trailers. You will also need to be experienced in truck diagnostics using truck diagnostic softwares. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and welding skills will be essential in performing these duties.
```Responsibilities```
- Inspect trailers to identify any mechanical or electrical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with trucks using computer software ( REQUIRED)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Repair or replace damaged parts and components
- Weld and fabricate metal parts as needed
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Ability to use software to diagnose and repair electrical issues ( REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with HVAC systems in trailers
- Ability to assemble and disassemble trailer components
- Familiarity with industrial equipment used in trailer repair
- Strong welding skills for repairing metal parts
- Understanding of electrical systems in Trucks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
