SRP Projects Ltd. is a growing civil construction, trucking, DSSP and excavation company committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Estimator to lead and manage our estimating team while supporting accurate, competitive project pricing.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of estimators
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review bids and proposals to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability
- Conduct market research on labor, material, and equipment pricing
- Support project handover from estimating to construction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring estimators
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
