- Expertise in Google Workspace and a track record of leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance program delivery and challenge conventional methods
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior level stakeholders
Great to Have
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in telecommunications or technology sector
- Experience working with global teams and in a contact centre environment
