b. Ensuring outside playground equipment is in good repair, and reporting
any issues to the Assistant Facility Director
c. During winter, if sidewalks or building entrance appear slippery,
applying salt when necessary
3. Other related duties as assigned
a. Physical requirements: ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis and
up to 80 pounds occasionally.
b. Must be able to walk and work without sitting for the majority of the
day.

Desired Experience and/or Training
- High School Diploma required
- Skilled trade or mechanical experience required
- Previous experience in building maintenance required
- 5th Class or higher Power Engineering Certificate of Competency or relevant Red
Seal Journeyman ticket required
- Basic/standard first aid certificate required
- Additional tickets such as Aerial platform, confined space preferred
- Previous work experience within a school environment preferred
- Previous experience supervising employees preferred
- Previous experience with the oversite of new or restoration projects preferred
Salary Range: $73,278 – 91,520.
