Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. In this role, you will manage social media, create compelling content, run targeted email campaigns, and optimize paid advertising across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will also oversee SEO and website performance to boost online visibility.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments, while staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends to ensure a competitive online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and other digital channels that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- SEO and Website Management: Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales and support new product launches.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- 2+ years of social media management experience.
- 2+ years of graphic design/video content editing experience (Canva required; Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Photography skills are an asset.
- 1+ years of paid advertising experience (Meta and Google Ads).
- 1+ years of email marketing experience.
- Website management experience (WordPress preferred).
- SEO, SEM, and website content management experience is an asset.
- Strong time management, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
