What You’ll Be Doing
As Senior Manager of Metrics and Analytics, you’ll be responsible for leading the execution of large-scale performance measurement, metrics design and reporting. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology leadership, and other stakeholders to drive the development of KPIs, insights and management reporting. You will provide support on key strategic initiatives including our new Goal Planner and CRM programs, and will be accountable for frontline measurements.
You are a leader who is excited to solve large complex issues, yet also have strong business acumens to develop comprehensive recommendations and proposals to the senior leadership team. You will be the advisor and the subject matter expert in your domain and will be able to frame issues to be addressed and present recommendation in a way that is simple and easy to understand to an executive audience. You will need to apply financial, product and project management disciplines. You will also need to demonstrate advanced analytical, communication and critical thinking skills as well as thought leadership around key issues.
How You’ll Succeed
Strategic leadership. Be a bold and authentic leader who is passionate in developing and coaching to bring out the best in people. Lead the design and development of measurements, insights and reporting. You will oversee and lead the development of frontline metrics, report cards and reporting. Design and develop appropriate models and reporting infrastructure to monitor data, frontline performance and client engagement activities.
Strategic Problem Solving. Help frame the problem to be addressed, identify and execute required analysis, and synthesize key findings to help the teams reach decisions
Program and Project Management. You will oversee, prioritize and assess current and future requirements, impact and the implementation of changes to existing systems and processes, and provide recommendations for improvement and deployment. Execute programs and projects on time, on budget, and in scope while maintaining compliance with the principles of project management and the enterprise delivery framework. Oversee the delivery of high-quality business analysis that translates business concepts and needs into clear and actionable business requirements. Act as the advocate for our clients’ needs by representing the voice of the customer when working with developers and other technology partners. Be a primary source for industry best practices and for creative performance metrics and reporting solutions.
Leadership and Relationship Management. Provide leadership and coaching to influence employee commitment to the organization, and to the broader team by creating a positive, collaborative and productive work environment. Lead by example and drive strategic and process improvements for the purposes of delivering actionable insights to senior leaderships. Collaborate and communicate Personal and Business Banking (PBB) Frontline analytics strategic priorities and act as a liaison with internal and external partners to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency. Liaise with Project and Technology groups to develop work plans, objectives, and deadlines. Work in partnership with these groups to ensure a coherent and comprehensive approach to design and implement strategic performance measurement solutions.
Performance Measurement and Reporting. Provide thought leadership to influence and support changes to PBB frontline performance measurements and reporting. Develop, improve, and maintain ongoing reporting. Persuasively tell a story by leveraging data, insights & analytics and PowerPoint.
Who You Are
You have a degree in Finance, Business, or Computer Engineering/Science based discipline. Relevant graduate degree (MBA) or management consultant experience is an asset.
